Pepperstone Limited, the UK-regulated forex and CFD broker, posted profit after tax of £18 million for the financial year ended June 30, 2025, up 81% from £9.9 million in the prior year, according to accounts filed with Companies House.

Other income, primarily comprising profit repatriation allocations from other group entities, jumped 73% to £21.4 million from £12.3 million. Total income from services provided to other Pepperstone group entities amounted to £2.4 million, down from £4 million in the prior year.

The company held £26.2 million in segregated client funds at year-end, compared with £27 million a year earlier. Total cash and cash equivalents stood at £34.7 million, down slightly from £35.4 million.

Average headcount decreased to 27 employees from 28. Total employee expenses rose to £4.8 million from £3.8 million. Pepperstone Limited declared and paid dividends of £8.5 million during the year, up from £6.3 million in the prior period. Total shareholder funds increased to £30.5 million from £21 million.
