ActivTrades PLC, the UK-regulated financial markets broker, reported revenue of £33.1 million for the year ended Dec. 31, 2025, down 12% from £37.6 million in the prior year, according to accounts filed with Companies House.

Profit before tax fell 49% to £2.3 million from £4.6 million in 2024, while profit after tax declined 57% to £1.8 million compared with £4.1 million the previous year. Operating profit dropped sharply to £410,000 from £2.6 million in 2024.

The London-based company, which specializes in contracts for difference and spread betting across forex, indices, commodities and equities, saw its direct cost of sales decrease 76% to £759,000 from £3.2 million. Administrative expenses rose slightly to £32 million from £31.9 million.

Client money held at year end totaled £27.1 million, up from £24.3 million in 2024. The group’s average headcount increased to 273 employees from 260 in the prior year, with 70 staff in sales and trading and 203 in processing and administration.

Shareholder funds declined to £37 million from £42 million following dividend payments of £4.9 million during the year. The company underwent a group restructure exercise in 2025, with two previously recognized broker subsidiaries, ActivTrades Corp and ActivMarkets Empresa de Investimento S.A., transferring to parent company ActivTrades Group Ltd.

Directors stated they expect the company and group to remain profitable with adequate liquidity for the foreseeable future.
