Spreadex Limited, the UK-based sports and financial spread betting firm, posted record revenue of £104.6 million for the financial year ended May 31, 2025, up 1.3% from £103.3 million in the prior year, according to annual accounts filed with Companies House.

The company’s net assets grew 4.8% to £134.2 million from £128.1 million. Spreadex paid dividends of £25.5 million during the year, up 61% from £15.8 million in fiscal 2024.

Average headcount increased to 202 employees from 193, with total staff costs rising to £22.6 million from £24.6 million. Directors’ emoluments totaled £2.3 million, with the highest-paid director receiving £1.03 million.

The company noted its acquisition of Sporting Index Limited remains under review by the Competition and Markets Authority, with a final remittal report expected in September 2025. Following the reporting date, the group discontinued its online casino operations as part of a strategic restructuring.
