Pepperstone Limited, the UK-regulated subsidiary of Australian forex broker Pepperstone, reported profit after tax of £18 million for the year ended June 30, 2025, up 81% from £9.9 million in the prior year.

Trading revenue climbed 15% to £15 million from £13 million, according to the company’s annual financial report filed with Companies House. The FCA-authorized firm provides leveraged contracts for difference and spread betting products to retail and professional clients.

Operating profit before tax reached £24.1 million, up 81% from £13.3 million in the year ended June 30, 2024. The company also received £21.4 million in other income from services provided to other entities in the Pepperstone group, compared with £12.3 million in the prior period.

Client segregated cash held at the balance sheet date totaled £26.2 million, slightly down from £27 million a year earlier. Total shareholder funds increased to £30.5 million from £21 million.

The company employed an average of 27 staff during the year, down from 28. Total employee expenses rose to £4.8 million from £3.8 million. Directors’ remuneration increased to £908,000 from £759,000.

Pepperstone Limited declared and paid dividends of £8.5 million during the year, up from £6.3 million. The company launched 272 new trading instruments across CFD and spread betting products during the period.
