Our third quarter 2026 revenue and volumes reflect the strength and breadth of our global, multi-asset platform, with average daily volume increasing 22.4% year-over-year. Against a backdrop of rising Treasury yields, shifting central bank policy and geopolitical uncertainty, we continued helping clients access liquidity and manage risk while investing in opportunities to drive our long-term growth.

The strong quarterly performance underscores demand across Tradeweb‘s portfolio as central bank policy shifts and geopolitical tensions drive trading activity. The platform expanded its innovation pipeline, enhancing its AI-Price tool for more responsive corporate bond pricing and reaching new milestones in digital assets, including transactions involving tokenized U.S. Treasuries and fully on-chain repo arrangements. Tradeweb also broadened its Saudi debt market offering, signaling geographic expansion during a period of rising yields.

Tradeweb‘s announcement in October of its agreement to acquire Trumid marks a strategic pivot toward consolidation in credit markets. The acquisition represents the largest deal in company history and aims to combine Trumid‘s proprietary trading protocols and hedge fund relationships with Tradeweb‘s institutional network and global reach. The combined entity intends to develop new credit solutions and connect trading across the entire bond lifecycle, positioning the platform to capture expanded market share in electronic credit trading. Tradeweb operates a global electronic marketplace for financial instruments across multiple asset classes, serving institutional clients worldwide.
