Uniswap has launched Earn, a yield-generating feature now available in its Web App and Wallet, allowing users to deposit stablecoins and ether to generate returns through onchain lending markets. The feature went live on Ethereum mainnet and supports USDC, USDT, and ETH, enabling asset holders to earn yield without leaving the platform.

  • Supported Assets: USDC, USDT, and ETH on Ethereum mainnet
  • Infrastructure Provider: Morpho (vault infrastructure)
  • Curation: Gauntlet
  • Custody: Self-custodial with no lockup or cooldown period
  • Uniswap Fees: None (standard network costs apply)

The Earn mechanism allocates user deposits across lending markets where borrowers pay interest to access capital. The accrued interest flows back to depositors continuously as yield. The deposit process requires a single signature, with no ongoing management required. Users retain full control of their funds throughout the deposit and withdrawal process, with no mandatory lockup or waiting periods.

Deposited assets appear alongside user holdings in the Portfolio section, which displays deposit amounts, current rates, and total earnings across vaults. Transactions integrate into the activity feed, consolidating all account data in a single interface. Users can deposit by swapping into supported assets within the app or purchasing with fiat, then depositing directly.

The feature integrates yield generation into Uniswap‘s existing ecosystem, which already includes token swaps, liquidity provision, and portfolio tracking. This positions the platform as a comprehensive DeFi destination for users seeking multi-purpose functionality within a single application.
