Uniswap Labs has launched Pools, a new token launchpad built for Robinhood Chain, enabling creators to launch tokens and traders to discover and exchange them on a single platform at pools.trade. The platform offers two distinct launch mechanisms designed to reduce friction and provide transparent pricing compared to traditional launchpads.

  • Launch Formats: Crowd Launch (4-hour window with TWAP bidding) and Instant Launch (immediate trading via bonding curve)
  • Liquidity Features: Autocompounding LP fees, permanently locked liquidity, sniping mitigation, and optional creator fees at 0.05% of 25bps
  • Fee Structure: 0.25% LP fee with no additional launchpad fees—approximately one-quarter of standard ~1% launchpad rates
  • Initial Token Supply: All launches feature a fixed 1 billion token supply ending in a Uniswap v4 pool

The Crowd Launch option protects against front-running through time-weighted average price (TWAP) bidding, allowing participants to submit budgets that fill gradually over a four-hour window. Tokens become tradable only if the launch reaches a $10,000 fully diluted valuation; otherwise, all bids are refunded. The Instant Launch mechanism activates immediately under classical bonding-curve mechanics, eliminating the minimum valuation requirement.

Launched tokens gain immediate access to Uniswap’s distribution infrastructure, including the Uniswap Web App, Wallet, and API integrations with MetaMask, Ledger, and major DEX aggregators. Dozens of ecosystem partners will support tokens on day one, enabling cross-platform swaps without additional integration steps.

The platform explicitly restricts listings to memecoins, assets created for entertainment and cultural purposes, with tokens that carry extreme price volatility and no guaranteed value. Uniswap Labs disclaims independent review of all tokens, does not provide endorsements, and notes that some creators have enabled fee mechanisms tied to trading activity.
