The survey, an established post-trade industry benchmark, assessed providers across relationship management, client service, account management, technology, innovation, operational efficiency, and risk management.

SIX retained its first-place standing in the ICSD category despite a marginal score decline from its previous survey result. In the Switzerland CSD category, the company again ranked ahead of domestic competitors and maintained its top position among non-domestic clients. The strong performance reflects consistent client satisfaction across multiple service dimensions critical to post-trade operations.
The Global Custodian survey gathers feedback from clients across major financial markets, providing market participants with performance benchmarks for central securities depositories and related infrastructure providers. SIX emphasized that client feedback directly informs its securities services strategy, and the company is committed to developing reliable, innovative, client-centered post-trade solutions as market conditions evolve.
