DECTA, a global payment technology company, has partnered with OpenPayd, a financial infrastructure provider, to enhance its international treasury settlement capabilities. The arrangement, announced on August 11, 2026, will enable DECTA to accelerate operational settlement across its business through OpenPayd‘s regulated, rails-agnostic platform. The solution supports DECTA‘s proprietary treasury activity and does not extend to customer-facing cryptocurrency or foreign exchange services.

  • OpenPayd Annual Volumes: Over $280 billion
  • OpenPayd Client Base: More than 1,200 businesses
  • DECTA Operating Markets: 32 countries across Europe
  • Key OpenPayd Capabilities: Embedded accounts, FX, domestic and international payments, Open Banking, stablecoin on/off ramps

The partnership reflects growing institutional adoption of stablecoins for liquidity management and cross-border settlement efficiency. DECTA will leverage OpenPayd‘s integrated fiat infrastructure and over-the-counter conversion tools to optimize treasury management while maintaining institutional governance standards. The platform provides interoperability between traditional finance and digital assets through a single API interface.

Innovation is most valuable when it delivers a clear, practical benefit. For DECTA, that means using technology to make financial operations faster, simpler and more resilient. OpenPayd gives us a more efficient way to move our own funds internationally, optimise liquidity management, and support settlement across the business.

DECTA operates as a challenger payment service provider offering acquiring, white-label payment gateways, card issuing, and digital banking solutions. The company maintains principal memberships with Mastercard and Visa and serves hundreds of clients, including merchants, mid-size banks, and electronic money institutions. OpenPayd processes payments for major clients including eToro, Kraken, OKX, and B2C2.
