Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEX) has approved the renewal of Chief Executive Officer Bonnie Y Chan‘s employment contract for a second three-year term, effective March 1, 2027 through February 28, 2030. The Securities and Futures Commission has also granted regulatory approval under Section 70(1) of the Securities and Futures Ordinance.
