Crypto.com Exchange and OG.com have signed a memorandum of understanding with River Markets to integrate regulated prediction markets with institutional prime brokerage services. The partnership, announced October 20, 2026, will give hedge funds and quantitative trading desks access to CFTC-regulated event contracts through River Markets’ professional platform alongside deep digital asset liquidity from Crypto.com Exchange.

  • River Markets track record: Over 150 million contracts routed to date
  • Trading categories: Macroeconomics, finance, sports, politics, and culture
  • OG.com regulatory status: CFTC-regulated Designated Contract Market (DCM) and Derivatives Clearing Organization (DCO)
  • River Markets funding: $8.5 million seed round

River Markets, a San Francisco-based prime brokerage specializing in prediction markets, will route eligible U.S. institutional clients to liquidity pools on both platforms. The firm’s intelligent order-routing technology enables traders to manage exposure across multiple prediction market venues without developing fragmented internal systems. OG.com, spun off from Crypto.com in September 2026, operates as an independent platform providing a fully collateralized, transparent trading environment through its regulated infrastructure.

Providing River Markets’ users with access to the Crypto.com Exchange will give institutional traders direct access to our deep liquidity pools and extensive suite of digital asset markets. As prediction market participants seek sophisticated strategies, this partnership enables institutional desks to manage broader digital asset exposure seamlessly on a high-performance, secure trading platform.

– Iskandar Vanblarcum, Managing Director of Crypto.com Exchange

Partnering with River Markets is a key step in bringing institutional scale and liquidity to regulated prediction markets. By connecting River Markets’ institutional prime brokerage platform directly to our CFTC-supervised central limit order book, quantitative trading desks and portfolio managers can now seamlessly price and hedge real-world macro risks with the security, transparency, and market integrity of a federally regulated exchange.

– Steve Humenik, Chief Legal Officer, OG.com and Chairman of OG.com Markets

Prediction markets have matured from a niche asset class into essential information infrastructure for global macro and quantitative trading desks. Our mission at River Markets is to unlock institutional scale by offering professional traders unified execution, risk management, and best-execution order routing. Integrating OG.com’s CFTC-regulated event contracts gives our institutional clients access to a deep catalog of regulated event markets through a single, institutional-grade API and platform.

– Oscar Levy, Co-Founder and CEO of River Markets

The partnership addresses a gap in institutional infrastructure for prediction markets. River Markets, founded by quantitative traders Oscar Levy and Antonin Parrot, provides execution, risk management, and portfolio tracking through a single professional platform. Crypto.com Exchange offers institutional-grade trading in cryptocurrencies and real-world assets, including equities, commodities, and stock indices, with support for spot trading, margin trading, and derivatives.
