Capitolis appointed Jon Gizzie as Head of Financial Resource Management. Gizzie, who previously served as Global Head of Financial Resources Management for Citi‘s Client Organization, will report to Capitolis President Okan Pekin and lead efforts to develop solutions addressing capital, liquidity, and financing challenges for banks and institutional investors.

- Prior Background: 13 years at PricewaterhouseCoopers advising private equity on M&A
- Expertise: Balance sheet optimization, capital planning, stress testing, derivative structuring, and risk transfer
At Citi, Gizzie led a team responsible for optimizing capital, liquidity, and tax resources across the firm’s businesses and client segments. Earlier in his tenure there, he structured derivative solutions for financial institutions, asset managers, and pension funds. His career began at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he spent 13 years providing M&A due diligence and transaction strategy advisory to private equity clients.
