DIGITEC, a multi-asset pricing technology and workflow automation provider, has appointed Matthis Schneegass as Chief Financial Officer and Managing Director, effective immediately. Based in Hamburg, Schneegass reports to CEO Peer Joost and becomes the company’s tenth hire in 2026. He joins as DIGITEC pursues strategic growth initiatives backed by PE investor EMH Partners.

  • Previous role: Chief Financial Officer, PINKTUM (SaaS scale-up)
  • Prior experience: Nine years at Engel & Völkers, including CFO for the Americas and Director of Group Finance and Strategy
  • Market position: DIGITEC serves more than 50% of Euromoney Top 50 FX trading firms globally

Schneegass brings experience scaling international businesses through transformation and growth phases. At PINKTUM, he initially served as Chief Operating Officer before transitioning to CFO, overseeing finance, business development, and revenue operations. During his tenure at global real estate agent Engel & Völkers, he collaborated with leading private equity investors on value creation strategies and held senior finance and strategy positions across multiple regions.
