ASX Limited has entered into an underwriting agreement with Barrenjoey Markets Pty Limited covering approximately 18.94% of its FY26 final dividend, bringing total dividend reinvestment plan (DRP) participation to 50% or $102.3 million. The announcement, made on 26 August 2026, follows shareholder uptake of approximately 31.06% of the total $204.6 million dividend scheduled for payment on 21 September 2026.

Barrenjoey, acting as underwriter, will receive no discount on shares issued for its underwriting contribution. The underwriting agreement includes multiple termination triggers, including disclosure issues in DRP offer documents, material adverse circumstances, suspension of ASX shares from official quotation, regulatory action, insolvency events, and failure to deliver the closing certificate by the settlement date.

ASX Limited disclosed the arrangement in a market announcement to the Australian Securities and Investments Commission and the ASX Market Announcements Office, with disclosure requirements satisfied under ASX Listing Rule 3.10.9.
