Silvestri brings more than a decade of experience in institutional sales and business management across major financial services firms. He spent four years and nine months at J.P. Morgan, where he served as Vice President of Business Manager Investor Services, and later as Vice President of EMEA Platform Sales covering Prime and Alternatives. His responsibilities included managing sales cycles for hedge funds, private equity, and asset managers, with exposure to fund administration, custody, prime brokerage, and clearing products.
Before rejoining Kraken, Silvestri spent three years and nine months at BNP Paribas Securities Services as Sales & Relationship Manager for Alternatives at the Executive Director level. He also held roles at UniCredit and earlier in his career at BNP Paribas Asset Management.
