NAGA Group AG secured USD 8 million in strategic investment from Presto and MDream on October 9, 2026, strengthening its multi-asset fintech platform with capital and specialized expertise in quantitative trading and digital finance. The funding comes through a 36-month convertible bond with an 8.0% annual coupon, convertible at USD 4.2615 per share, a 57% premium to the previous day’s closing price.

  • Investment Size: USD 8 million
  • Conversion Price: USD 4.2615 per share
  • Annual Coupon: 8.0%
  • Term: 36 months
  • Share Dilution: Up to 8.1% upon full conversion
  • Pre-money Valuation: Approximately USD 99.2 million

The two investors bring complementary capabilities beyond capital. Presto, a quantitative trading and financial services firm founded in 2014, will collaborate with NAGA to develop new trading products, improve pricing and execution, and strengthen risk management and trading infrastructure. MDream contributes fintech expertise across payments, trading platforms, and digital wallets, supporting NAGA’s effort to integrate centralized and decentralized finance within its ecosystem.

We have fundamentally transformed NAGA into a leaner, more efficient and profitable business. The next step is to build on this foundation and accelerate growth. With Presto and MDream, we are gaining two strategic investors who bring both capital and expertise in areas that are central to NAGA’s further development.
