- Prior responsibility scope: Managing operations for more than 200,000 Introducing Brokers and strategic partners
- Key operational areas: Onboarding, commission structures, incentive programs, marketing budgets, and KPI reporting
- Reporting lines: Cross-functional coordination with Risk, Compliance, Dealing, IT, PSP, and Marketing teams
Mavromichali brings extensive experience in financial services operations, having previously served as Head of Partners Operations & Support. In that role, she managed global partner activities, improved internal workflows, and coordinated commission and incentive programs across international environments. Her background spans relationship management, process improvement, and large-scale partner network oversight.
At XS.com, Mavromichali will oversee operational workflows, enhance partner onboarding processes, manage commission and incentive activities, and ensure coordination between commercial and operational teams. She will lead teams responsible for supporting the broker’s expanding partner ecosystem worldwide.
