TradingView has integrated spot prices and indices from the European Energy Exchange (EEX), expanding its market data coverage to include real-time European natural gas pricing. The integration provides traders and investors direct access to key European gas benchmarks, including the European Gas Spot Index for the Netherlands’ Title Transfer Facility (TTF) and the ETF/THE Natural Gas Day Spot index, which tracks price spreads between Danish and German gas markets.

  • Primary Index: European Gas Spot Index for TTF (Netherlands)
  • Secondary Index: ETF/THE Natural Gas Day Spot (Danish-German spread)
  • EEX Founded: Germany, 2000
  • Market Coverage: Power, natural gas, environmental products, freight, and agriculture

EEX operates as one of the world’s leading energy exchanges, offering extensive data spanning spot and derivatives markets alongside benchmark indices for European gas. The data integration enables users to identify regional market imbalances and uncover trading opportunities across European natural gas markets. Users can access the newly integrated data through TradingView’s symbol search by entering the “EEX:” prefix.

The expansion reflects TradingView‘s broader strategy to consolidate global market data. The platform connects to hundreds of data feeds, providing access to more than two million instruments worldwide. This latest addition strengthens the platform’s coverage of energy commodities, a critical asset class for institutional and retail traders navigating European market conditions.
