cBridge, the liquidity bridge platform from Spotware Systems, has partnered with Finmatek, a regulatory technology provider, to streamline compliance reporting for FX and CFD brokers. The integration combines cBridge’s execution infrastructure with Finmatek’s automated reporting capabilities, enabling brokers to reduce manual compliance work while maintaining regulatory oversight across multiple jurisdictions.

  • Supported Frameworks: MiFID II, EMIR, SFTR, CRS, FATCA
  • cBridge Features: Real-time price aggregation, flexible order routing, risk management controls, exposure monitoring
  • Pricing Model: Fixed monthly fees independent of trading volume
  • Supported Platforms: MT4, MT5, cTrader, FIX API

cBridge centralizes trading data from multiple liquidity providers and platforms into a single repository. Finmatek then processes and validates this data for regulatory submissions, eliminating fragmented reporting workflows. Finmatek, a subsidiary of Fincap Advisers Ltd and part of the Russell Bedford global network, tailors its compliance approach to each client’s specific regulatory obligations, business model and transaction volumes.

The partnership addresses a critical pain point for brokers managing increasingly complex regulatory landscapes. By combining cBridge’s modular architecture with Finmatek’s compliance expertise, brokers can scale trading operations without proportionally increasing compliance overhead. cBridge’s infrastructure-based pricing model ensures that compliance costs remain predictable as transaction volumes grow.

“cBridge is built around giving brokers control over their operations, and compliance is a growing part of what they have to manage day to day,” said Alexis Droussiotis, co-General Manager at cBridge.

Vassilis Noussias, CEO of Finmatek, added that the partnership enables firms to “reduce the operational burden of reporting while maintaining greater control and visibility over their reporting obligations.”
