Spotware Systems and Intivion have partnered to connect three core technology products across the broker technology stack: AltimaCRM for client management, cTrader for trading operations, and cBridge for liquidity connectivity. The integration enables brokerages to consolidate sales, onboarding, retention, and back-office operations within a single platform while maintaining full visibility of client trading activity.
- cTrader user base: 11 million traders and 300+ brokers and prop firms globally
- AltimaCRM capabilities: Email, social media, SMS, live chat and VoIP integration tied to client records
- cTrader integrations: Over 100 third-party services without vendor lock-in
- Founded: Spotware Systems (2010), Intivion (2006)
The partnership centres on cTrader, Spotware’s flagship trading platform. By connecting cTrader with AltimaCRM, brokerages can consolidate client and trading data into one system, enabling teams to track the client journey from initial contact through ongoing trading activity. The unified platform allows retention teams to execute promotional campaigns and loyalty programmes while maintaining full context of client interactions across all touchpoints.
cBridge, Spotware’s fixed-price liquidity bridge, will also be offered alongside Intivion’s existing solutions, providing brokers with liquidity connectivity and execution infrastructure as part of a comprehensive technology offering. The integration addresses a key industry challenge: helping brokerages build client trust through reliable trading execution while improving operational efficiency across business functions.
Aman Sheriff, Founder and CEO of Intivion, noted that the integration “connects that trading environment with AltimaCRM, bringing sales, onboarding, client management, retention and partner operations closer together.” Yiota Hadjilouka, COO of Spotware Systems, added that the partnership enables brokers to “turn trading activity into actionable client intelligence across sales, retention and partner management.” Spotware Systems is a Limassol-based fintech company with over 200 professionals globally, while Intivion has nearly two decades of experience building brokerage technology for forex, CFD and prop trading firms.
