CSSF, Luxembourg’s financial sector regulator, has unveiled a new interface within its eRegister by eDesk platform, enabling financial professionals to search and access prospectuses approved by the authority. The addition marks the second major functionality expansion of the digital resource designed to streamline access to public financial information since the platform’s launch.

  • First Feature: API interface providing identification data for funds, sub-funds, and share classes (launched in early September)
  • New Feature: Interface for consulting CSSF-approved prospectuses
  • Access Points: eDesk homepage and CSSF website toolbox

The prospectus consultation tool is accessible through links available on both the eDesk homepage and within the toolbox section of the CSSF website. The regulator designed eRegister by eDesk to reduce friction for financial professionals seeking compliance-related and public information across Luxembourg’s regulated sector.

The platform’s evolution reflects ongoing efforts to digitize regulatory information access. The initial API functionality, rolled out in early September, granted professionals programmatic access to fund and share class identification data, a capability particularly valuable for firms managing portfolios across multiple fund structures.

Market participants requiring additional details on the prospectus interface or API functionality can contact the CSSF directly at edesk@cssf.lu. The regulator has published a dedicated Prospectus page on its website with further information. The Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier is Luxembourg’s primary supervisory authority for financial institutions and markets.
