The company’s dividend income fell to £210.0 million from £358.0 million in the previous year, a decline of 41%. Operating costs rose slightly to £0.3 million from £0.1 million. Profit after tax mirrored the pre-tax figure at £209.7 million, down from £357.9 million, as the company recorded no tax expense in either period.

Net assets remained stable at £682.1 million as of May 31, 2025, compared with £682.4 million a year earlier. The company’s balance sheet showed investments in subsidiaries valued at £678.7 million, unchanged from the prior year.
