Bybit emphasized that TradFi Perpetual Contracts are synthetic derivatives that track underlying asset prices without conferring ownership. Traders do not hold the underlying equity and have no claims to dividends, voting rights, or other shareholder benefits. The platform noted that contract prices may deviate from the underlying asset price.
Bybit reserved the right to modify contract terms, parameters, and specifications at any time without prior notice. The exchange also cautioned that leverage trading carries substantial risk, including potential total loss of margin and additional losses.
