Bybit, the world’s second-largest cryptocurrency exchange by trading volume, has expanded its Copy Trading feature to support TradFi Perpetual Contracts, enabling users to replicate positions in traditional equities such as Tesla, Apple, and NVIDIA alongside crypto pairs. The feature launched on September 23, 2026, in Dubai, allowing Master Traders to take positions on real-world assets within Copy Trading Classic while followers mirror those trades in a single USDT-settled account.

  • Launch Date: September 23, 2026
  • Assets Supported: Tesla, Apple, NVIDIA, and other equities via perpetual futures
  • Settlement Currency: USDT
  • TradFi Perps Volume Growth: 117x increase from $3.32 billion (January 2025) to $387.39 billion (June 2026)
  • 2025 Annual Volume: $104.21 billion; 2026 YTD Volume: $1.32 trillion

The integration reflects a broader market shift toward crypto-native platforms as venues for traditional asset trading. Data shows that monthly trading volume of TradFi assets on major crypto exchanges grew 117-fold over 18 months, reaching $387.39 billion in June 2026. In the first five months of 2026 alone, cumulative TradFi perpetual contracts trading volume reached $1.32 trillion, roughly 12.7 times the $104.21 billion generated throughout all of 2025.

Users can activate the feature by following a Master Trader on Copy Trading Classic to automatically replicate their positions in Bybit‘s TradFi Perps offering. Because perpetual contracts trade 24/7, the platform provides uninterrupted access to stock exposure without requiring traditional brokerage accounts. Portfolio diversification across both crypto and equities can now be managed within a single interface.

Bybit positions the expansion as part of its broader New Financial Platform vision, which aims to connect users globally to diversified asset classes through a single intelligent ecosystem. The exchange serves more than 80 million users worldwide and operates through AI-powered technology, global liquidity, and security infrastructure.
