The ACI Next Generation Committee, formerly the Young Professionals Committee, operates as an international platform designed to develop emerging talent in financial markets. The committee delivers practical market knowledge, ethical conduct frameworks, and professional networking across global markets, with specific focus on bridging generational gaps and fostering mentorship relationships.
