FxPro has launched a global advertising campaign that abandons artificial intelligence and industry stereotypes in favour of live-action comedy, featuring McLaren Formula 1 drivers Lando Norris and Oscar Piastri. The campaign, unveiled on 2 October 2026, centres on a chaotic casting session where actors audition to play “a real Pro trader,” each delivering an increasingly exaggerated performance that the on-screen director rejects.
- Campaign Format: Live-action comedy casting sketch with real actors and physical sets
- Partnership: McLaren Racing Official Partner since 2018
- Core Services: Spreads from 0 pips, zero deposit fees, access to 2,100+ trading instruments
- Company Experience: Over two decades in operation with 150+ awards
The campaign deliberately satirises common industry tropes, the over-dramatic trader, hype-driven influencer, and jargon-obsessed analyst, to challenge the notion that professional trading requires adopting a particular persona. By parodying these stereotypes, FxPro positions itself against the predictable advertising that dominates fintech marketing.
We could have taken the easy route: AI actors, stock footage and the same serious-trader-staring-at-screens routine we’ve all seen before. Instead, we wanted to create something human, memorable and genuinely funny. Trading doesn’t always have to look so serious, and neither does advertising.

The creative approach underscores FxPro‘s core value proposition: professional-grade trading conditions delivered through ultra-fast execution, deep liquidity, and advanced technology, not theatrical performance. The broker emphasises that clients need not adopt trader stereotypes to access institutional-quality trading infrastructure. FxPro operates under multiple regulatory jurisdictions and serves millions of clients globally across forex, stocks, futures, indices, metals, and energy markets.
