Checkout.com, a London-based digital payments company, announced on September 29 that it has reached $750 million in annualised net revenue, growing 28% year-over-year on a trailing 12-month basis. The company reported profitability through 2026 to date and projects approximately $150 million in Adjusted EBITDA for the full year, with expanding margins. The milestone reflects sustained demand from enterprise merchants and accelerating volume across its core acquiring business and emerging product lines.
- Annualised net revenue: $750 million
- Year-over-year growth: 28%
- Projected full-year Adjusted EBITDA: ~$150 million
- Total payment volume forecast (2026): $480 billion

- US growth rate (year to date): Over 120%
- US share of payment volumes: 20% (up from 15% prior year)
The United States has emerged as Checkout.com’s fastest-growing region, with processing volumes expanding more than 120% year to date. The US now represents 20% of the company’s total payment volumes, up from 15% the previous year. This acceleration follows the company’s receipt of its MALPB charter, which enables direct acquiring in the American market. Checkout.com operates 10 acquiring licenses globally and maintains a workforce of 2,300 employees across its 56 operating countries.
Beyond its core acquiring business, the company is investing in product expansion including enhanced Business Account features, scaled Payouts and Issuing capabilities, and a new Platforms solution targeting ISV, SaaS, and marketplace operators. Checkout.com has prioritised artificial intelligence, pursuing strategies from agentic payment optimization to agentic commerce and agent payments. Recent high-profile partnerships include collaborations with Microsoft, Spotify, and Best Buy, alongside deepened relationships with eBay, Uber, Klarna, and ASOS.
Reaching $750 million in annualised net revenue is a meaningful milestone, but it is not the finish line. It is the result of staying close to our core: solving the hardest payment problems for the world’s most ambitious merchants and compounding what we learn. Our return to sustained profitability gives us the freedom to invest with conviction through the next decade. AI is at the heart of that investment and our purpose is simple: to help merchants generate more revenue and stay ahead.
