ASX filed a cleansing notice under section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act, confirming compliance with Chapter 2M and sections 674 and 674A of the legislation. The company also confirmed there is no excluded information of the type referred to in sections 708A(7) and 708A(8) that requires disclosure. The announcement was authorised by ASX‘s Continuous Disclosure Committee.
