Robinhood Ventures Fund I, which trades on the New York Stock Exchange under ticker RVI, is a closed-end fund designed to give retail investors access to private market investments. We believe Crusoe is building a unique, vertically-integrated AI infrastructure asset that uses new energy sources to run data centers and cloud platforms that can power the next technology wave. With its energy-first approach to powering the AI revolution, we think Crusoe is exactly the kind of frontier company investors should have access to.

According to the fund, Crusoe operates as an AI infrastructure company providing energy-efficient solutions for data centers and cloud platforms. The company leverages large-scale energy sources and AI-optimized infrastructure to deliver cost-effective services to customers building AI applications. Robinhood Ventures Fund I was established to democratize access to private markets for everyday investors, addressing what the firm describes as a long-standing gap in investment accessibility.
