Uniswap has launched across all versions of its protocol on Arc, the Layer 1 blockchain built by Circle for stablecoin-focused finance. The deployment includes Uniswap v2, v3, v4, and UniswapX, with integrations available through the Uniswap Web App, Wallet, and API, positioning Uniswap as a preferred decentralized exchange on Arc from its inception.

  • Stablecoin Volume: Uniswap has processed $2.7 trillion in stablecoin volume since 2020, including $2 trillion in USDC
  • Q2 2026 Activity: $43 billion in stablecoin-to-stablecoin swaps settled on the protocol, exceeding the next three onchain venues combined
  • Arc Validators: Founding validators include BlackRock, DTCC, Mastercard, and Visa
  • Block Finality: Arc blocks finalize in under one second with fees paid in stablecoins

The integration addresses the substantial demand for stablecoin trading, which has become the dominant settlement method for onchain transactions and increasingly for traditional finance-to-DeFi flows. Arc was specifically engineered to support this use case, with network fees denominated in USDC and institutional-grade infrastructure from major payment and custody providers.

Circle‘s native bitcoin token, cirBTC, is now available for trading on Uniswap on Arc. The asset is backed by bitcoin held in Circle custody, with institutional participants able to mint and redeem it through Circle Mint, while retail users can swap or provide liquidity through Uniswap.

Developers can integrate Arc swaps into applications and AI agents using Uniswap’s API by setting the chain ID 5042. Uniswap Skills provide integration templates for coding agents, including Claude Code and Cursor, enabling faster deployment on the network.
