Bybit, the world’s second-largest cryptocurrency exchange by trading volume, has officially launched Bybit AI, a conversational assistant that consolidates trading, account management, and customer support into a single chat interface. The platform, unveiled on September 9, 2026, allows users to execute financial operations by describing their needs in natural language rather than navigating fragmented menus and dashboards.

  • Launch Date: September 9, 2026
  • Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
  • Supported Functions: Spot, Futures, and Options trading; Bybit Earn; Copy Trading; Trading Bot; Loan; P2P; Bybit Card; customer support
  • Security Feature: Dedicated isolated sub-account to segregate AI operations from main user balance

The assistant replaces a fragmented user experience with a unified conversation. Rather than searching for the correct tool for each task, checking wallet balances, placing orders, or submitting support requests, users can state their requirements directly, and Bybit AI executes the corresponding action within the chat interface. The architecture connects core infrastructure to multiple business units through a single interface, presenting numerous services as a cohesive assistant rather than disparate products.

Bybit AI is a cornerstone element of our roadmap for the new financial platform. We want to enable users to access the financial services they need more easily in a single place. As Bybit AI develops, users will be able to use it to discover and access a broader range of products and services on Bybit. The idea is simple: you tell Bybit AI what you want to do, and it helps you find the right products and services to accomplish it. It’s like having a team of financial experts at your fingertips.

Ben Zhou, Bybit’s co-founder and CEO, noted that the platform prioritizes security through a dedicated sub-account structure that isolates AI operations from users’ primary balances, enabling instant onboarding without manual API configuration. The company plans to expand Bybit AI through an Open API roadmap to integrate additional services including yield products, lending, card services, and enhanced customer support. Rockman Zhang, Bybit’s CTO, emphasized that the initiative aims to help users locate needed services and complete transactions in one location, rather than adding another dashboard or chatbot.

Bybit is a global financial platform serving over 80 million users, offering investment, trading, payments, and wealth management within a unified ecosystem.
