XBO.com has introduced individual login credentials and customizable access controls for business account users, enabling organizations to manage team permissions without sharing a single set of credentials. The feature, now live on the platform, allows account administrators to assign granular access levels across different sections of the account while maintaining separate security protocols for each team member.

  • Access Levels: Full access, view-only, or customizable area-by-area permissions across Wallet, Convert, and Trade
  • User Limit: Up to 100 users per business account
  • Eligibility: Available for business accounts with Pro verification and above
  • Platform Access: Web version only; mobile access reserved for primary account holder

The access control system offers three permission tiers. Full access grants team members complete account functionality, including the ability to manage and invite additional users. View-only access provides visibility across all account sections without modification capabilities. A third option enables administrators to define permissions area-by-area, allowing different access levels for the Wallet, Convert, and Trade sections independently.

Each team member manages their own authentication credentials, password resets, and two-factor authentication settings, with no other user able to reset their password on their behalf. User management actions such as inviting or modifying team members require the same two-factor authentication used for account withdrawals, ensuring changes to team access remain protected from unauthorized modifications.

Setup involves inviting team members via email and phone from the new Users tab on the Security page, with activation occurring after the invitee sets a password and confirms a one-time code through SMS, WhatsApp, or Telegram. The feature is immediately available for qualifying business accounts through the platform’s Security settings.
