Personal Financing holds no authorisation to provide retail credit services in Ireland, making any lending activities undertaken by the firm illegal. The Central Bank has published the firm’s name under Section 53 of the Central Bank (Supervision and Enforcement) Act 2013, a statutory measure that formally designates unauthorised financial service providers.
