Traders do not hold the underlying equity and have no claims to dividends, voting rights, or other shareholder benefits. The platform noted that contract prices may deviate from the underlying asset price.

Bybit reserved the right to modify contract terms, parameters, and specifications at any time without prior notice. The exchange also cautioned that leverage trading carries substantial risk, including potential total loss of margin and additional losses. Corporate actions affecting BYD, such as stock splits, mergers, delistings, or suspensions, may trigger contract adjustments, price modifications, position adjustments, or termination. The product may not be available in all jurisdictions, and regulatory changes could result in suspension or withdrawal at any time.
