The Central Bank of Ireland has issued a formal warning against Carrowmore Financial Services (Clone), an unauthorised investment firm operating through cloned websites and fraudulent identities. The warning, published on 2 September 2026, alerts consumers that the entity is not authorised to conduct investment business in Ireland and has deliberately duplicated the name and details of a legitimate, regulated firm to deceive investors.

  • Unauthorised Firm Name: Carrowmore Financial Services (Clone)
  • Website Addresses: www.carrowmorefs.com and www.carrowmorefs-eu.com
  • Contact Email: robert.hearn@carrowmorefs-eu.com
  • Regulatory Status: Not authorised as an investment firm or investment business firm in Ireland

The fraudulent operation has cloned the identity of Carrowmore Financial Services Limited, a legitimate Central Bank-authorised firm. The Central Bank published the firm’s name under section 53 of the Central Bank (Supervision and Enforcement) Act 2013. Individuals with information regarding unauthorised firms or suspicious entities can contact the Central Bank at (01) 224 5800 or report directly through its website.
