ACYLogix Group, a global fintech company operating across regulated financial services and trading technology, has appointed Denise Taouk as Chief Compliance & Legal Counsel. Taouk will join the Group’s Executive Leadership Team and report directly to CEO Jimmy Ye, overseeing legal, compliance and regulatory functions across the company’s global operations.

  • Experience: More than 20 years in banking, financial services, fintech and payments
  • Qualifications: Qualified Australian solicitor with unrestricted practising certificate
  • Founded: ACYLogix established in 2011
  • Global reach: Serves clients across more than 180 countries

In her new role, Taouk will oversee the Group’s legal and regulatory framework, regulatory engagement, licensing initiatives, corporate governance, legal advisory, enterprise risk management and strategic compliance programs. She will also support ACYLogix Group’s international expansion, new product initiatives and broader strategic growth across its ecosystem, which includes businesses such as ACY Securities, ACY Connect, ACY Advisory, TradingCup, Finlogix and Zerologix.

Taouk brings senior executive, legal and compliance leadership experience, including work with financial regulators, securing financial services licences, and advising boards on complex legal and regulatory matters. Jimmy Ye stated that the appointment strengthens the Group’s ability to navigate complex regulatory environments and pursue new licensing opportunities.

In financial services, strong legal, compliance and governance frameworks should not simply manage risk. They should enable sustainable commercial growth, innovation and confident decision-making.

Taouk added that she looks forward to strengthening the Group’s regulatory and governance capability while ensuring legal and compliance remain aligned with broader strategic objectives. ACYLogix Group was founded in 2011 and has expanded capabilities across CFD trading, institutional services, regulatory advisory, funds management and proprietary financial technology.
