Sbeih brings extensive experience in strategic communications and international affairs. He spent nearly a decade at the World Bank as an External Affairs and Aid Coordination Officer before joining BCW in the UAE in 2003. He moved to APCO in 2006, where he advanced to Managing Director of the MENA region, Regional President from 2017, and most recently served as Chief International Business Development Officer and MENA Chairman.

The appointment reflects Capital.com‘s commitment to disciplined growth as it pursues expansion across new geographic markets and regulatory jurisdictions. Sbeih’s background in government relations and regional expertise positions him to navigate the complex regulatory landscape in emerging markets, particularly across the Middle East and North Africa region.
