ActivTrades PLC, the UK-based financial derivatives broker, reported revenue of £33.1 million for the year ended Dec. 31, 2025, down 12% from £37.6 million in the prior year, according to accounts filed with Companies House.

Profit before tax fell 50% to £2.3 million from £4.6 million in 2024, while profit after tax declined 57% to £1.8 million compared with £4.1 million the previous year. Operating profit dropped 84% to £410,000 from £2.6 million.

The company, which offers contracts for difference and spread betting in forex, indices, commodities and equities, saw its cost of sales decrease substantially to £759,000 from £3.2 million. Administrative expenses remained largely flat at £32 million.

Client money held at year-end totaled £27.1 million, up from £24.3 million in 2024. The company paid interim dividends of £4.9 million during the year, compared with £1.5 million in 2024.

Average headcount increased 5% to 273 employees from 260 in the prior year. The group identified 211,828 new potential clients in 2025, with 18,016 becoming customers with funded accounts. Active trading clients numbered 29,010 at year-end, up 10% from 2024.

The group underwent a restructuring in 2025, with broker subsidiaries ActivTrades Corp and ActivMarkets Empresa de Investimento S.A. moving to become direct subsidiaries of parent company ActivTrades Group Ltd. The company is regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority and operates branches in Bulgaria, Italy and Luxembourg.
