ActivTrades PLC, the UK-based online forex and CFD broker, reported revenue of £33.1 million for the year ended Dec. 31, 2025, down 12% from £37.6 million in the prior year, according to accounts filed with Companies House.

The company’s profit before tax dropped sharply to £2.3 million from £4.6 million in 2024, a decline of 50%. After-tax profit fell to £1.8 million compared with £4.1 million the previous year, a 57% decrease.

Operating profit declined to £410,000 from £2.6 million in 2024, an 84% year-over-year reduction. The company attributed its cost of sales decrease to £759,000 from £3.2 million, a 76% drop, while administrative expenses remained relatively stable at £32 million compared with £31.9 million in the prior period.

Client money held at year end totaled £27.1 million, up from £24.3 million in 2024. The group’s average headcount increased to 273 employees from 260 in the prior year.

During 2025, ActivTrades underwent a group restructure exercise, with two previously recognized broker subsidiaries, ActivTrades Corp and ActivMarkets Empresa de Investimento S.A., transferring out of the ActivTrades PLC group to become direct subsidiaries of parent company ActivTrades Group Ltd.

The company paid interim dividends totaling £4.9 million during 2025, compared with £1.5 million in 2024. Shareholders’ funds stood at £37 million at year end, down from £42 million in 2024.
