Macky said the group plans to significantly expand its engineering team over the coming year while investing in diversity. Technology serves as a core differentiator in NinjaTrader Group‘s mission to transform retail futures access and meet growing demand for new products.

The combined NinjaTrader and Tradovate entities exceeded 65 million futures contracts traded year-to-date through their support of retail traders. Both platforms offered zero-commission trading in Coinbase Derivatives Exchange‘s Nano Bitcoin futures contract from its June launch.

NinjaTrader, founded in 2003, supports over 600,000 traders globally through its award-winning trading software and futures brokerage services. Tradovate, acquired by the group, operates as a cloud-based, subscription-based futures brokerage focused on active retail traders and accessible across Windows, Mac, web, and mobile platforms.
