ACY Securities, a multi-asset CFD broker, has launched PAMM Managed Funds on Tradingcup, enabling experienced traders to manage capital on behalf of investors through a single pooled account. The feature went live immediately for ACY Securities clients, who can now open accounts to explore available Funds or apply to become Fund Managers themselves.

  • Structure: PAMM pools investor capital into one Fund managed by a Fund Manager, with profits and losses shared based on individual investment shares
  • Fund Manager Controls: Set performance fees, minimum/maximum investment amounts, and opt-in periods
  • Fee Model: Individual High Water Mark basis, so performance fees apply only to new gains above an investor’s prior peak
  • Transparency: Investors access full trading statistics including drawdown, win rate, and expectancy before committing capital

Unlike Copy Trading, where individual trades replicate into each client’s separate account, PAMM consolidates investor participation into a single managed account. ACY Securities provides the trading infrastructure and accounts supporting each Fund, while Fund Managers retain full responsibility for trading decisions. The platform standardizes all statistics calculations across Funds, allowing investors to compare funds on equal terms. Fund Managers also earn rebates on their trading volume.

This is only the beginning. For a long time, we’ve wanted to build a single place where traders can see the people actually managing capital, compare how they trade, and choose with confidence, all in one seamless experience. PAMM Managed Funds is the first step toward that vision. Our team is already working on the next wave of features, and we’ve got a lot planned across the rest of this year.

– Jimmy Ye, CEO and Co-Founder, ACY Securities

We’ve made it as straightforward as possible for a Fund Manager to get started, with smooth online onboarding and comprehensive backend reporting so they can manage their Fund with confidence. For investors, transparency is just as important. Every statistic shown on a Fund’s profile is recorded and calculated the same way for every Fund, so investors can compare funds on a level playing field before they commit any capital.

Full terms, including the Fund Manager Agreement and Limited Power of Attorney documentation, are available to clients before investment. ACY Securities has serviced clients since 2011 across more than 180 countries and operates as part of the ACYLogix group of companies.
