Mintos, the peer-to-peer lending platform, has continued its expansion of investment opportunities by adding multiple new lending partners to its notes offerings throughout 2026. The platform published base prospectuses and key information documents for four new lending companies this year, each approved by the Financial and Capital Market Commission in accordance with Prospectus Regulation standards.

  • Latest Addition: Watu Credit UG (Watu Credit Uganda Limited) – October 12, 2026
  • Recent Additions: Hoovi EE (HOOVI Finance OÜ) – September 24, 2026; Sun Finance Sweden (Luma AB) – June 3, 2026 supplement; Financiería Mexi MX (VIGUA SERVICIOS PATRIMONIALES) – April 28, 2026
  • Geographic Reach: Partners span Uganda, Estonia, Sweden, Mexico, Latvia, United Kingdom, and other markets
  • Regulatory Compliance: All base prospectuses and supplements approved by Financial and Capital Market Commission

The platform has systematically expanded its lending partner ecosystem, with base prospectus announcements and supplements released throughout the year. Earlier in 2026, Finanza LV (SIA Finanza) received approval on April 21, while Evergreen GB (EVERGREEN FINANCE LONDON LIMITED) had its prospectus supplemented in March. Each new lending partner offering undergoes formal regulatory scrutiny, with prospectuses detailing investment terms and risk factors for retail investors.

Beyond 2026, Mintos has demonstrated consistent growth in its lending network dating back to 2023. Recent years saw entries from Eleving Group entities across multiple Eastern European markets, IDF Eurasia (FintechFinance) offering both euro and local currency notes, and emerging market lenders including Pinjam Yuk in Southeast Asia and Adapundi ID in Indonesia. Prospectus supplements, updates to existing offerings, have been published regularly for established partners, reflecting operational changes or refinements to investment terms.

Mintos is a Latvia-based peer-to-peer lending marketplace that allows retail investors to purchase notes issued by affiliated lending companies across Europe, Asia, and Africa. The platform operates under regulatory oversight and requires all lending partners to publish comprehensive prospectuses detailing loan portfolios, financial performance, and risk disclosures.
