In his previous position as Chief Trader, Pandey led multi-asset trading and dealing operations across FX, gold, commodities, indices, CFDs and equities. His responsibilities included managing proprietary trading activities, market exposure, and client flow execution, as well as designing hybrid risk frameworks covering client segmentation and exposure thresholds.
Pandey’s career includes experience as Senior Trade Analyst at BitDelta, where he managed multi-asset dealing desk operations and supported hybrid-book exposure strategies. He also held roles at Kotak Securities as an Authorised Person and previously worked in equity advisory at ICICI Securities and Kotak Securities in various manager-level positions.
